  1. we will refund you 90% only deducting 10% for charge
  2. we will not refund you if you request for refund after 12hours of your purchase
  3. do not share CronVPN
  4. when contacting or request for your refund be sure to have your purchase code handy to enable our support team help you
  5. you must give us a reason for your refund request and if it is something we can help you fix we will help you do that
